This website is designed for larger scale transactions of salvaged material, including but not limited to textiles, shoes, metal, toys, linens, purses, briq-braq, etc. Materials sold on this site have typically gone through the traditional thrift or consignment retail system.

Salvage for Good is a resource of Goodwill Industries of Greater Cleveland and East Central Ohio, along with a network of other not for profit thrift retailers. Products sourced through this website have gone through the traditional thrift retail system. They have been sorted and readied to ship elsewhere, recycling the product and keeping it from landfills.

Salvage for Good invites new sellers to join this service! Please email sfg@goodwillgoodskills.com for more information and to learn more about the process to become a seller. By agreeing to the site’s terms and conditions, you agree that your listings are accurately represented to the customers with quality sorts and weight of loads accurately reflected as well as current pictures of the load offered for sale. Sellers will be required to send at least three pictures for each listing. Image must be at least 500 x 500 pixels. The product must fill at least 80% of the image area.

Salvage for Good has made the registration process easy for potential buyers. Please visit the Buyer Registration form to begin this process. In order to complete your registration, you agree to provide accurate account information including billing address, contact information including name(s), email address(es) and phone number(s). You agree to promptly update any outdated information.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to arrange for all trucking an transportation needs of the purchase. We provide the zip code of the purchase during the auction. Once the auction concludes or the load has been purchased and payment has been received, the full address of will be provided to the buyer.

Payments are securely processed via electronic funds transfers/ACH.
